2. Main Description
1.1 Equipment name: High pressure water atomization powder manufacturing equipment
1.2 Capacity: 10kg/batch; About 60-90mins per batch
1.3 Principle: Metal/alloy is melted under air or atmosphere or vacuum condition. After metal molten passes through insulating tundish and diversion tube, it is atomized and crushed into a large number of small metal droplets by ultra-high pressure water flow from nozzle. Small droplets form irregular particles in flight under combined action of surface tension and fast cooling of water.
3. Features
Oxygen content can be reduced by the subsequent reduction process.The atomized powder by the equipment is irregular with relatively high content of oxygen.
