1. Overview
Vacuum hydrogenation dehydrogenation furnace adopts hydrogenation - dehydrogenation (HDH) process to produce titanium powders. Working condition is vacuum or hydrogen gas based on User’s production requirements. Combining with ball miller, sieving machine and classifier, the User can produce titanium powder with different sizes.

Function |
It can measure hydrogen purity inside furnace during hydrogenation process and measure if dehydrogenation is completed totally during dehydrogenation process. |
It can measure oxygen content inside furnace to check leak situation. When oxygen content inside furnace is exceeding, check leaking parts in time to ensure safety. |
It can measure moisture content inside furnace to check the purity of hydrogen gas or raw materials. Combined with the measurement of oxygen analyzer, it can check if there is leakage. |
