3. Advantages of DD type ball mill
DD type ball mill is a patented product, whose patent number is ZL 2015 2 0567742.2. The product has following advantages:
In terms of driving mode, instead of traditional mode “motor + geared reducer + chains”, DD type ball mill adopt electric motor to drive the milling cylinder directly.
1). Total power is just 7kW, which saves 30% to 50% energy compared with traditional ball mill.
2). There is no need to use reducer oil or lubricating oil for chains, which is environmentally friendly and is easier to keep the equipment clean.
3). Frequently happened problems of the reducer, such as oil leakage, could be avoided. Fault rate could be reduced at least 50%.
4).There is no need to adjust chains regularly, which effectively decreases maintenance costs.
5). Noise is obviously reduced.
