Vacuum Hot Press Furnace
Overview
The vacuum hot press furnace is batch type furnace and heating methods include graphite heating, molybdenum heating and medium frequency heating. This sintering furnace is well-suited for hot pressure sintering of hard alloy, functional ceramic and powder metallurgy in high temperature and high vacuum/protective gas. The output products are highly compacted to prevent deformation.
Technical specifications
Model | Rated power | Max. working temperature | Hot zone | Ultimate vacuum | Max. pressure | Stroke |
EF-50-22Y | 50kW | 2200°C | 150 ×180 | 5 ×10-4 Pa | 10T | 100mm |
Features
1. Double-layer water jacket cooled structure on furnace shell to improve cooling rate.
2. Suitable distribution of heating elements (graphite, molybdenum or induction heating) to improve heat uniformity.
3. Dedicated design on furnace structure to reduce evacuation time.
4. High automation and safe operation. The control system has the sound and light alarms and protection functions of abnormal phenomena such as water break, over-temperature, over-current and automatic switch failure of thermocouple.
